What will happen, if a parent cancelled his/her booking to our activity schedule?
We will notify you if there is a cancellation from the parent through the dashboard and also an email along with the child's name and age information.
What should I do when a parent attends my activity?
You can ask their Booking Confirmation page and slide the redeem button on the bottom of the screen.
I need to cancel one of my activity, what should I do?
Of course we hope that you do not need to cancel the activities that you have planned for your and our credibility as well. However, if this has to be done, you can cancel the activity, you can click the "Delete" button in the "My Activity" section, and include the reasons why you should cancel the activity. We will notify parents who have ordered the activity and tell the reason.
We cannot upload our activity pictures, what should we do?
Your picture (and video) will need to be under 10MB per file. Please check the file size, and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if the problem reoccurs.
Is there any limit for activities we planned on one day?
No, you can plan activity as many as possible on one day.
