How to Book Activities/Courses [FOR PARENTS]
I’ve booked the activity, but I missed the time or came too late, what should I do?
Before you book an activity, make sure you have also read the existing cancellation policy. If you arrive too late or have to cancel your order, make sure that in the existing cancellation policy you can make changes.
How do I redeem my booked activity and course?
To reedem your booking through Parentstory, simply come to the activity/course location and show our partner your booking confirmation.
What do I need to prepare for an activity I booked?
Please find 'what to bring' point on the activities information that you have booked, make sure that you got the booking confirmation on your account - you can access through the app, website, or email - and show it to the partner when you attend the activity.
How to book activities/courses in Parentstory?
Open the Parentstory app (Available on App Store/ Google Play) or open www.parentstory.com through your browser. On Home Page, type the keywords on search bar, or tap “Explore” at the bottom to search for activities or courses that fit the needs of Parents and Kids. To make it easier for Parents to find the right activity or course, Parents can use the filter feature; Nearby, Date, Age, Location and Cate
How many activities can a kid participate in one day?
You can participate in various activities and courses as much as you want.
How to cancel my booked activity and course?
Before canceling your booking, kindly check the activity/course cancelation policy to make sure whether your are eligible to cancel your booking. To make your cancelation simply follow these steps: 1. Go to your booking detail 2. Click request to cancel 3. You will be directed to our customer care for cancellation process
