Can I get in touch directly with the activity partner?
Yes. You can contact our activity partner through Parentstory mobile app when you have booked one of their activities, via the 'call' button in the booking confirmation
Can I write review or give rating to each class I have attended?
Yes you can. You will be directed to the review page and also can give rating 1 day after you join the activity. In addition, you can also follow the following steps: click "My Order" > click "Previous" > and select the activity you want to review or give a rating, after that you can give your review and rating.
There’s no login button on Parentstory’s website, what should I do?
